We can help you with any construction service in the eastern panhandle of West Virginia, either commercial or for you and your family. We also handle CAD services nationwide.
Project evaluations are offered to all clients at no charge.
It is our company goal to build the best product that can be built while staying within our client's budget.
In addition to allowing our clients to get involved in the entire process, we set the financial structure up differently. A lot of the time, we do projects on a "cost plus" basis. This allows our clients to be a part of the process -- they see all the prices of what the different elements of the project cost. Then we apply a percentage to the total cost of all the elements. This covers management, oversite, bill paying, insurances, licenses, permits and company profit. Using this approach saves our clients hundreds, or even thousands, of dollars, as there is no change of work orders required. The client is not locked into a set plan. Many times we get half way through a project, then suddenly the client finds some elements of their project just won't work for them as planned.
